Upload Files
Click on the “New” button on the top left. Select either “File upload” or “Folder upload” from the dropdown. Select the desired file or folder to upload from your computer. Then click “Open” or “Upload” to start the upload. Wait for the upload to take place.
Create New Files
Click the “New” button. Choose ”Google Docs,” “Google Sheets” or “Google Slides” to start a blank document, spreadsheet or presentation, respectively. To name your document click on the “Untitled” text in the top left corner, and type in your desired name. Edit, and save your document as appropriate.

To share your file, select the file click the “Share” button, an icon that represents a person, with a +.
